Who makes the Action on Sectarianism Products and Service available to me?
Our Digital Products and Services are made available to you by YouthLink Scotland, the national agency for youth work. It is a membership organisation in the unique position of representing the interests and aspirations of the whole sector, both voluntary and statutory. YouthLink Scotland champions the role and value of the youth work sector, challenging government at national and local levels to invest in the development of the sector. Our Terms of Use are important because they confirm our legal commitment to you and provide legal guidelines which you need to be aware of when you use our Digital Products and services. These Terms of Use apply to your use of most of our Digital Products. We do not provide a complete list of our Digital Products but by way of example, they include our website and social networking sites.
When we refer to our Content, we mean any audio, video, text, images, trademarks, logos or other content made available to you by us. Sometimes this includes content which is owned or controlled by third parties which we are permitted to make available to you.
Where applicable, we will provide a link from all relvant Digital Products to this document so that you are made aware of these Terms of Use.

Is actiononsectarianism.info content suitable for everyone and what parental control tools are available to me?
Our Content may contain material that you consider indecent, objectionable or unsuitable for young audiences. If you permit a child to use your device to view our Content you are solely responsible for deciding whether or not such Content is appropriate for that child to view. Where relevant, parental guidance is provided (in the form of ‘G' for guidance) with additional warnings at the beginning of our video content and on non-video content (where applicable). We would ask that you pay attention to this if you are concerned in any way.
Why does actiononsectarianism.info ask me to register?
By becoming a registered user, you will be able to access areas of our Digital Products which are not available to other visitors. You will also be provided with a more personalised experience and the ability to participate in conversations or other forms of interaction.

What do I agree to by accessing and using actiononsectarianism.info Digital Products
By becoming a registered user of our Digital Products you agree that you will:
- not let anyone else use your account;
- keep your login details, including your password and PIN (if applicable) private;
- only set up one account per person;
- set up your account in your own name, and use an appropriate display name. You must not seek to pass yourself off as someone else or pick a display name which is offensive, defamatory or otherwise likely to be deemed by us to be unacceptable;
- tell the truth about your age. If, for example, we don't believe that you are 16 or older, we may ask you to prove your age at any time; and

We may suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe you are breaching any of these requirements or any of the other Terms of Use. Our decision to suspend or terminate your account will be based entirely on our own best judgement.

Unacceptable behaviour includes being abusive, offensive, defamatory, infringing anyone's privacy, trolling, harassing or doing anything which would upset or be disrespectful to any other person.
You will be able to access your registered details with your email address and password.
You will be able to keep your information up to date by logging in and updating your profile.
If you want to terminate your account, you can do so by clicking on ‘Close Account'. This will wipe the personal information you provided from our systems, which means all other information we may hold about you (such as how you have used our Digital Products) will be annonymised. Can I copy stuff from actiononsectarianism.info?
With the exception of adverts and user content, all Content and Digital Products belongs to us and/or our partners.
Whilst we have no objection to you printing out extracts or a page of text from our Digital Products for your own personal use, you must not copy or reproduce or otherwise publish large sections of our Content or, for example, an entire website.
You are not permitted to use any of our Digital Products for commercial purposes. For example, you must not copy and reproduce our Content for use on your own advertiser funded website or attempt to commercialise or attempt to sell access to our Content in any way.
It is very important that our Action On Sectarianism brand is fully protected from misuse. Our trademarks and logos are designed to provide trust through authenticity. Therefore, you must not copy, reproduce or otherwise publish any of our trademarks or logos.

These third party websites may have their own Terms Of Use so you will need to be aware of these. Furthermore, unless stated otherwise, Action On Sectarianism does not endorse any third party website to which it provides a link.
Sometimes, third party websites provide links to our Content. This does not mean that we have any relationship with that website and you should be careful about assuming Action On Sectarianism association or affiliation to anyone else, especially where the existence of that relationship has not been confirmed by us.

Do I need to pay Action On Sectarianism to use any resources?

We provide our registered users with an opportunity to participate in shared activity such as contributing via online comments, blogs and other interactive activity.

The views of the content of such article are the views of the original writer and AOS do not promote them as their own nor do they take any responsibility for any action that may arise from reading these views. AOS does not represent or endorse the accuracy or reliability of any information, content or advertisements contained on, distributed through, or linked, downloaded or accessed from any of the services contained on this website, nor the quality of any products, information's or any other material displayed, purchased, or obtained by you as a result of an advertisement or any other information's or offer in or in connection with the services herein. We will try to make our Digital Products available to you at all times. However, we do not provide any guarantees about their availability or our ability to resolve technical problems that arise quickly.
