What can be done?

We need to remember that all people behave differently depending their culture and background.
As individuals we need to recognise that we will be prejudiced against others and may hold negative beliefs about them before we get to know them. Everyone should be treated as an individual and should be judged on what they say not how they say it, how they look or any other characteristic.
There are a number of things happening across Scotland to tackle sectarianism in Scotland. You can find out what they are here and also see some work which has already happened.
Check out our Activities in the Interactive Zone and think about who really is responsible for Sectarianism in Scotland.
There are also activities you and your dependants can download and participate in.
